Before joining the Evans Team, Carolee attended Snow College, where she danced and served as Student Body Vice President. In this role, she worked closely with a variety of people, developing strong communication skills and a deep appreciation for the value of collaboration and community. After her time at Snow College, Carolee competed in multiple powerlifting competitions, earning both state and national records—a testament to her drive and determination to excel in every endeavor.

In her free time, Carolee loves spending time with her husband, Konrad. Together, they enjoy skiing, going to the gym, camping, playing games, and traveling to explore new places and create lasting memories.
